Shipping Policy
Processing Time All products at Sigmarite Boutique are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared before it ships. This processing time is in addition to your selected shipping transit time.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping Rates
- Canada: $15.00 CAD flat rate — FREE on orders over $100 CAD
- United States: $17.00 CAD flat rate — FREE on orders over $100 CAD
Duties & Import Fees (USA) All orders shipped to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning all import duties and customs fees are covered. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Estimated Transit Times Once shipped, estimated transit times are:
- Canada: 2–4 business days
- United States: 4–7 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Shipping Insurance All orders are covered by shipping insurance on our end. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@sigmariteboutique.com within 10 days of your expected delivery date and we will resolve it for you.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
