Sigmarite Boutique is a trade name operated by Gordon 3D Printing, a sole proprietorship registered in Manitoba, Canada.

1. About Our Products All products sold by Sigmarite Boutique are made to order and may include customized options. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for full details.

2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept all major credit cards and available payment methods at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, and estimated transit times are outlined in our [Shipping Policy]. US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — no additional customs fees will be charged to you.
