Fantastic customer service. Worked with me to try and get a multicolored token, even got a new filament and tried some techniques. Sadly it did not work, but all of the extra effort showed, and I got to choose a try that I enjoyed, and I am beyond happy with the product. The side, weight, and tactile feel are all phenomenal and exactly what I was hoping for to represent my little rats tasty rock treat. Would definitely recommend this shop.
